Policies

Cancellations: Requests for refunds will be honored 30 days prior to the event less the non-refundable $75.00 deposit. No refunds will be given within 30 days of the event. Requests for refunds must be in writing - email is encouraged at tmretreat@yahoo.com- and requests should contain the following information: Name, address, phone number and weekend of your stay.

Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in and check-out times must be strictly adhered followed. Please do not arrive early for the weekend, as we will not be able to accommodate you until check-in time. We ask that quests check out of their rooms by noon on Sunday and that all supplies and gear be packed and out of the cropping area by the 3pm check-out time.

Cropping Area: Our cropping/craft area will be available to you 24 hours a day from check-in until check-out.

Deposits: A $75.00 non-refundable deposit is due with your registration. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Check cards. Personal checks and money orders are also welcome. A $25.00 fee will be charged for returned checks. We require that your weekend be paid in full one month prior to your stay. NO reservations will be held without a deposit.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are good for 12 months from date of issue and can be purchased in any amount, unless otherwise stated and are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy: Treasured Memories Retreat, Inc. respects your privacy. We do not sell, loan or transfer any personal information regarding our customers to any unrelated third parties. Any information you give us about yourself is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.

Refunds: Refunds are only given when Treasured Memories Retreat, Inc. cancels a retreat for unforeseen reasons and no other accommodations or arrangements can be made to continue with the weekend.

Registration Confirmation: Confirmation will be Emailed to you when we receive your registration form and deposit. If you do not have Email, confirmation will be mailed.

Special Dietary Needs: If there are certain foods you require or desire, you will need to bring them from home. You are welcome to call ahead or email us for our menu and snack selections. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
